What do you guys think of groups that have inbuilt graduation/rotation systems?

I'm talking about After School and D-unit. After School has a graduation system where members eventually leave (though it seems to be pretty arbitrary when and why they leave). And D-unit seems to have a rotation system wherein a new member will join the group temporarily with every comeback (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Am I missing any other groups that do this?
