I'll finally be able to go out of ICN again as visa free entries have been resumed for transiting passengers. I'll be flying in next Sunday (March 24) at 5am and will fly out at 9pm. My planned itinerary would include:

Yeouido (🌸?) Cheong Wa Dae National Museum of Korean Contemporary History Jogyesa Temple HiKR ground

I would like to ask your take on the following:

• Are there better spots for cherry blossoms nearby?
• For Cheong Wa Dae, I am not able to register online as I don't have a Korean mobile number and will do a walk-in. Is the entrance in Yeongbinmun or Chunchumun?
• Do you have other recommendations of free things to do in the nearby area?
• Does Starbucks allow the use of multiple Starbucks cards in one transaction? I still have two unused cards with 10,000 KRW each so if I buy something worth 15,000 KRW, can I pay using both cards?
