I am helping with a Hispanic culture event and need these ingredients to make the food. Is there any one who has access to the commissary that can buy these for me and I will pay them!!! Please let me know~~~~
Noted thanks. A friend is going to check the foreign markets in Itaewon. But I know even if they have it, it will be expensive. We are cooking for 60 students and staff so I am trying to find the best price.
I'm so spoiled back in the US rice and beans are fairly cheap and at every grocery store. I miss being able to cook Mexican food regularly.
Yea thanks I already know about online ordering but I ain't looking to spend upwards of $30 for a bag of rice that feeds tiny Tim. I am trying to get it cheaper.

It needs to be plain rice. I am making Mexican food, our rice isn't fragrant.
