They wouldnāt even have to be big big, just big enough to be a commonly known name like so many Kdrama stars are.
Was rewatching Itaewon Class and couldnāt help but be a bit upset that Chris Lyon (āKim Toniā) isnāt in any other dramas. Iām not saying thatās due to one reason or another. Itās simply one case I happen to know of a foreigner having a respectably lengthy role in a Kdrama (though it was admittedly not a main role). And yet, after having see about 70 dramas since 2019, I honestly canāt recall any foreigners who had really become a Kdrama star of sorts.
So could a foreigner even become a decently big Kdrama star in SK?
