Recycling Guilt
Post Body

I've been through the KonMari process a number of times over the years (halfheartedly). This time I'm ready to go down and get it all done.

I've just finished sorting and choosing all the books that bring me joy, but now I'm left with about 3 boxes of American comics that I still need to sort. Most of them are from the last few years, so they're not worth much. The few comic runs that I adore, I plan on getting bound. I just don't know what to do with the ones I know won't spark joy. It'll probably be around 200 or so comics, and I just feel so awful coming to terms with the idea of recycling them.

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with the guilt or any other ideas on how to send them off to new homes? They're all single issues, so basically magazines. I wouldn't feel great about burdening Goodwill with them, and they're all so new they're really not acceptable for selling.
