I'm not sure if this has been said or not, but it's something that I noticed. So, take this with a grain of salt, as it is the internet. But, while browsing around the SNK Wiki, I happen to come across 4 characters (so far) that could be DLC or unlockables characters: Elisabeth, Rock Howard, Whip, & Takuma.

In each of their wikis, Under "Game Appearances", you'll see the following bulletpoint: The King of Fighters XIV - unlock character on PS4

Again, take this with a grain of salt, but why would a wiki have this type of information? Granted, trolling is a possibility, but why have this information on these characters? I can see them being on the KOF characters, but on Rock? Who's never had a KOF appearance. I'm not sure, but with the recent talk of DLC, these could be the beginning of more characters. I figured I'd share some possible findings.
