Hello everyone,

I wanted to gather interest in seeing Oswald return for KOF XV DLC. I'm going to wait for about a month and then bring this thread to SNK's attention, especially if it gets a lot of love.

Obviously I'm quite biased as an Oswald fanboy. Although I always find him to be EXTREMELY difficult to play in official KOF games, I must say that his playable apex is in a MUGEN game I'm in love with called King of Fighters EX UM 2022. His moves are much easier to pull off and chain there, although MUGEN or no, I still can't pull off an Ace Finish with any reliability. Damn I want to master that some time.

Oswald usually ends up in S Tier, and honestly given how hard he is to play I will at least say that his potential scales to his difficulty.
