Percentage read is completely wrong for one book

I have noticed that the percentage read is completely off for one of the books I'm reading on my Kobo Libra H20 - it says I have read 33% of the book, but I'm on page 425 of 786 which should be 54%. I haven't noticed this kind of error on any other books I've read, but I've only had the Libra for two months (since Christmas). Could it be because this book is a library book I got through OverDrive?
