Just got a Libra 2: kepub question

Okay, so I didn't realize this until I used calibre to send over about 20 ePubs to my new Libra 2 (which came with the battery drained, btw, so that sucked)...there is another format?
So now that I've loaded those books, what is the easiest way to have calibre "redo" them using kepub? Will I need to remove them and then re-add them through some plugin?
For some reason, I thought calibre just had this stuff built in -- my bad.
