Hi /r/knots, I need some advice. There's a character I'd like to do a costume of who canonically wears a noose loosely as a tie. Obviously, this wouldn't be safe, but I thought I remembered reading about ways to tie a knot that looks like a noose but will get looser, rather than tighter, when it's pulled on. Is that a real knot? How would you go about tying a rope to look like a noose with the danger?
(Note: To make it extra clear, I am not trying to have this knot support weight beyond its own; it should ideally stand up to someone fiddling around, but no more than that.)
