I can't be the only person who agrees to make things for people and then hates the process of doing so because you feel like it takes too long. I'm currently making a chunky baby blanket, and I didn't want to crochet it because I'm just not feeling crochet at the moment, so I've decided to knit it. It's chenille yarn on 6mm needles, and all garter stitch. Maybe that's my problem though? The fact that it's all garter stitch? But I'm also knitting myself a pair of leg warmers (currently only on the first one) and I'm way more enthusiastic about making those than the baby blanket and I think it's because it's something just for me and I want to wear them ASAP! Can anyone relate and maybe give me some advice? Cuz id really like to get this baby blanket done and keep my word on making one.
