i posted a video earlier and removed it as i got my answer. am i purling and knitting correctly here? and have i twisted my stitches? thanks!

i know i do it differently by holding in my right hand, but i find that easier due to mobility issues. i hope it isn’t twisting my stitches. i know my technique is slow and imperfect but is it workable?
