Riddle: Transmuting Tribulations - Charm Issues

Is anyone else having an issue with this Riddle? I've transmuted multiple charms but am not getting credit for it? There doesn't seem to be any specifics in the riddle details, does anyone know if it needs to be a specific type of charm? I'm kind of at a loss here. I was able to do the weapon and armor with no issues, but charm doesn't appear to work. I checked the Wiki and this Riddle didn't appear on there. Thanks!
