It looks like the leader/level up stuff was mostly implemented now, in that the leader gives a bonus to whatever job they have based on their level. It's good that this actually does something now, but it's impossible to see who is levelled up or not without actually promoting them. Also I assume traits like "engineer" still don't do anything?
