Old delta from grandfather-what parts do I need?

It has a wood spine (feels like 1/2”x 1/2” sewed in but that all…really struggling to understand what spreader would be used to connect to those rings, tried calling the phone number on the kite but no luck-probably disconnected decades ago. I needs the spars and spreader.
