Stock pot dilemma.
Post Body

So I am an addict of making stock.. any stock.. I make it. Multiple times a week, I buy chickens to roast, to freeze meat to make stock.. I love stock. Issue is, the steam from making stock doesn't work with my over the stove fan. Is there by any chance an attachment that anybody knows about that goes on top of a stock pot, to redirect the stock directly to the vent area? My fan has lights in front, the steam hits that area, moisture forms and drops into the pot and I'm not s fan of fan juice in my stock.. it's gross.

Something I put over my pot, with a chimney like part that can take the steam and let it out in one specific area, in one specific direction.. towards the fan not the lights!

Pics included. Current method is wooden spoon, lid tilted with opening at back fan. But it still isn't perfect, steam builds up and droplets come pouring down into my beautiful delicious stock.
