Kinky TTRPG?

Just wondering because I've had the idea floating around in my head- is this a thing? Has anyone ever tried playing like D&D but actively having a whole table that wants to do kinky shit? Are there TTRPG systems designed to facilitate this? Is this idea even any good or would it just end up going horrifically bad? Just wondering :3
