Sizing question

Have these knockoffs that I’m wearing for locktober, but I’m having a bit of a problem with both of them:
Larger cage: looks great when I get it all settled but I can do some pretty bad turtling when I’ve been active.
Smaller cage: The smaller cage’s head seems a bit narrow for my head and it turtles out of the head of the cage.
From the bit of research I’ve done I think these cages are are a S and an N so I think I might be close to a N
