My alliance rank 3 in the server with me as the highest level there. I have the deputy leader position but I didn't really sign up for it. The recent drama was just frustrating with the lack of accountability and the members babying the person who made the mistake. I like the alliance in general because I prefer to struggle against the top alliances compared to being at the top alliance and bullying others. My SP and knight power is strong enough to fight against majority of the top alliance members so I enjoyed my time playing. However I felt like they were constantly dependent on me and my advices to help increase their SP and Knight power were regularly ignored. Especially during chess game when we constantly have to repeat instructions not to attack or to save mobility. The recent drama involved a different alliance and frankly I was only made aware of it and had to handle the responsibility of managing a lot of people and their emotions. While I appreciate our leader cause he listens to me, the punishment was supposed to kick out the member as requested by the other alliance but I've convinced them that a ban from events for a week would suffice and just to lay low in kingdom chat for awhile. However when the situation settled, they just acted like they were the victim of the unfortunate situation and went about their day, ignoring the punishment. I'm frustrated. I joined this game to have fun why am I dealing with this? It's hard to grow when members dont spend anything but dont hoard items either so what am I supposed to do? I have a debt of gratitude to the leader but that's the only thing holding me back honestly. I am being scouted by both top 1 and top 2 alliance constantly and yesterday's drama is making me consider it.
