Newbie question

I'm Senior Lord lvl 2 and I have guin as my main strength knight and Leonardo as my main leadership. The question is what do I do with the other arthurian or book of sage knights? Do I ignore them and focus on my main 4 first or do I build them together? I have geoffrey for intellect and Edward for Charisma. I am VIP 6 but I'm trying to limit my spending so it's going to take awhile before I get Geoffrey's lover. Any advice would help
