I just bought this game (I am on patch 1.4.1) and a lot of cutscenes are skipping for me.

Into scene works properly. Then when I finish the first quest and bring charcoal to father the next two scenes skip: I see Theresa immediately after giving charcoal (no scene where we forge the sword), then after I give her nails I appear outside of the village and have to run. Then next cutscene plays fine (when Henry gets hit by an arrow while trying to ride away). After that the next scene skips again (I appear in the room of the castle without seeing how I arrive there).

Does anyone else have this problem? Are there any workarounds? I tried reloading, starting the game again and tweaking saves and nothing helped.
