Low FPS cutscenes

Hello, I just bought the game and noticed that my FPS drops everytime a cutscene begins. Is there any way I can fix this? the game goes from 120 fps to like 20 fps on cutscenes.. I've tried using "sys_MaxFPS=180" but I have to keep doing it for every single cutscene and it's annoying, can someone please help me? thanks.
