(SOLVED) My gpu was in the second slot on my motherboard, now everything works on max with 50 fps.

I’m playing this game on low settings Ryzen 7 3700x RTX 3060 32gb ddr4 M.2 SSD, I’m seeing posts of how beautiful the game looks and I’m just disappointed my game can’t look like that, I’ve already tried numerous fixes and the fps went from 15/20 to around 40, in cities still under 20 sometimes (with every setting on low) but I would like to know if anyone had this and how they fixed it..? Hopefully someone can help me! Thanks in advance Edit: my gpu usage is around 80/90% but my cpu was stuck at 20% and now reaches 60% but it won’t go up much more.. not sure if that’s the issue
