What can I watch to take kindness to the next level?

I've been focusing on being nice and understanding where people come from in arguments etc. But I want to get to the point where I'm even nice to the people I dislike. Or to the point where I don't dislike people. Is there anything I can look through to help me learn compassion and being nice to everyone?
