I got an email today reminding me of the Amazon Drive shutdown coming at the end of 2023. When I went to my Amazon Drive account to see what I might need to download, I saw a folder containing all of my Send to Kindle books. This makes me wonder if Send to Kindle or personal document archiving will be shut down as well.
I looked in the FAQ regarding the Amazon Drive shutdown, and I didn't see anything related to Send to Kindle. Does anyone know the best way to contact Amazon and find out more information about this? I know the first line customer support staff are not always that knowledgeable about Kindles or related services.
If I find anything out, I will update this post.
Edit: apparently Amazon stopped archiving Send to Kindle files on Amazon Drive years ago (2016). Since the service has not been affected to date, I assume it will remain so going forward.
