Hey all,
I am a big reader and have loved my Kindle Paperwhite. It is my third Kindle, and has served me well and helped me to read hundreds of books wherever I found myself. There is nothing wrong with my paperwhite, but in 2020 I really didn't read a lot because the pandemic was too stressful. In hindsight, reading probably would have made my 2020 way better but I just shut down.
Thankfully I am back to reading a ton (working through Oathbringer by Brandon Sanderson right now) My goal is to read at least 30 books this year, and while my trusty Paperwhite is amazing, I was curious to see if anyone made the switch to the Kindle Oasis recently that could give me a run down on 'is it worth it?' I would love a bigger screen, buttons (like my original keyboard kindle) to switch pages, and overall just a way to treat myself. I would probably get a 8 GB Ad Free version as I only use my kindle to read and don't do much with audiobooks anyways but even any thoughts on this as well would be welcome!
Any and all thoughts are welcome! Thank you so much in advance and Happy New Year!
EDIT: To add in case there is any confusion, i am not 5 years old, my Paper white is! Purchased in 2015, so its coming up on 6 years old now!
