Vor einiger Zeit sprach ich mit einer Lehrerin, die seit ein paar Jahren an verschiedenen Schulen dafßr zuständig ist, sich um die Problemfälle zu kßmmern. Ihre Aussage war: "Nicht die Kinder sind das Problem, sondern die Lehrkräfte, die seit 20/30 Jahren dieselbe Schiene fahren und sich weder selbst infrage stellen, noch bereit sind sich fortzubilden, oder in näherem Austausch mit den Eltern zu treten. All das bedeutet Mehrarbeit und das ist nicht gewollt."
