I have an idea I really want to get finished with a group from the community. It’s an event finder/social media app for college students. They search, rsvp, or hosts events on or around their campus. Users can comment text, pictures or videos on threads under events before/during the event or the next day when they want to recap on everything that happened. As well as host livestreams of the event and rate the event and host. Lastly there is a chat feature that allows users to collaborate on what they want to do before they step out. By events I mean ANY event. This is a way to bring people together on college campuses.

Some cool features are charging for entry as well as rsvping in app. As well as, a built in Uber/Lyft API that allows users to request rides to events in app.

I know there are multiple event finder ideas out there. But what makes this app unique is the ability to socially interact with others while searching for events. Also this app focuses on the people. Most event finder apps charge fees for hosts that are over priced. We want anyone to be able to organize a social gathering and get people to see it.

This app would be great for: -Independent artists -Entrepreneurs -promoters -Small Businesses

The majority of the iOS version is complete (about 75%). The android version still needs to be created. If anyone is interested in joining the team please let me know
