Good first couple of buys for SM kill team

Hey wanting to start kill team, so wondering what are good first buys for SM.. also if possible thinking of expanding into 40k Dark angels so if it could work in there too all the better. Been looking at scouts(both boxes) tactical marines, intercessors and death watch veterans but not sure! Thanks
