Why doesn’t Kijiji have a “Safetied & Non Safetied category?

Why doesn’t Kijiji have a category or selection for safetied vehicles and non safetied vehicles? This has puzzled me for years.
There are undoubtedly a lot of People looking for safetied vehicles (and adversely unsafetied vehicles) and would like to separate the two?
This seems like the most obvious easy fix they could make/add on to their filters.
