Exercise and kidney disease
Post Body

I started working out in April, lifting weights 4 times a week since then. With the research I’ve done I saw that exercise can cause excess creatinine in the urine. Does that mean my exercise could’ve caused my kidney problems? I have stage 3 ckd, no diabetes. I went from 230 pounds to 187 from April to now, I had thought I was on the right track for my health but it’s just such a bummer to not be able to workout anymore. I haven’t worked out since I found out ab my diagnosis this month though. Any ideas?
