Improving seat comfort

I have a 2016 optima with cloth seats and I'm wondering if anyone has found ways to make the seats more comfortable?
I have a bad back and sciatica. Sitting in these seats for extended periods really makes my pain worse. My suspension is in good shape and I have good tires so my issue is not with the ride quality. It seems to me that the seats have almost no padding.
Besides trying to swap seats from a higher trim has anyone found anything that helps?
