No dark meat????

So I drive way out of my way to a KFC, only to find out that not only will they not have any chicken for another 22 minutes, but they do not have any dark meat at all. It is only a little after six, how can they run out so soon? Is this happening all over the country? I remember when I could always go through the drive-through of a KFC and they would always have chicken ready to go right away, what is going on?
