Cold weather / steel cage

So…. Title says it all. Been wearing off and on for about 5 months, but weather has taken a pretty big turn towards cold. Lots of funny sensations, none of them good…. Tip feels funny, base ring as well….
Is this just reality? Or is the cold weather a coincidence and I have something else going on?
