Duo replacement also not making full pot

Keurig sent us a replacement machine since our old one started randomly deciding to make 10 or 8 cups instead of the 12 I would select. A few months into the replacement: same thing. Just this morning I started the pot going, clearly set to 12 cups, and it made 10. It’s frustrating and my coffee isn’t Folgers so it’s not cheap.
Are we the only ones with this issue? Is there a fix?
