This one is making me a bit crazy. The manual says 1 TBSP of coffee per cup. Great. So I do that, and anything over 10, I am guaranteed to have grounds overflow the filter every single time. Last night I did 12 cups and set it for automatic. This morning, grounds had overflowed the filter and the duo stopped short of doing 12 full cups (the water chamber didn't fully empty).
Is there something I'm perhaps doing wrong? This thing isn't that old, and we got it to replace two separate coffee makers....so far, it's great for K-Cups, but I'm less than satisfied with the pot side of this equation.
