2 months of kettlebell swings
Post Body

It's been 2 months since I started doing this workout. I'm currently doing 45 lbs, about to up to 55 lbs tomorrow.

I saw a little weight loss at the start, but gained back that weight and havent lost anything since. No weight loss, no inches, nothing. But I'm seeing non-weight loss benefits.

I have major muscle definition in my arms, back and legs. My fiancée cant go without squeezing my arms now.

It's also majorly helped with my caregiving of my mother. She fell the other night, and anytime she falls I have to call an ambulance cause she weighs 260 lbs and I can't lift her. Well thanks to the swings, I deadlifted her back to her feet with no help from her. She has MS and bulging discs and can't use her legs to lift her body at all.

She looked shock and said, "wasnt I heavy at all?" from how quick I lifted her, and I channeled my inner Terry Crews and said "No, it was like lifting a couple of grapes".
