I took a break for week 3 cause I hurt my leg. It doesn't quite feel healed, but I didn't want to go more than a week with no exercise.
Last time I had to stop at 7 sets of 12. This morning, I did all 10 sets of 12 with no back pain. Weirdly enough, most of the pain is in my hands and wrists this time. Guess those need to be worked the most now. I also think my heart and lungs couldnt keep up. It was really hard to breath by the end, and my heart weight was around 140 instead of under 130.
Thanks to @blrgeek I now have a T-handle set up, but no weights yet until I get paid and can afford some. So I'll be able to go up to 35 lbs, and higher, once I feel I'm ready.
Also, now this could just be a fluke in the scale, but I was 467 lbs before I started this, as of today I'm 461.4. I've had fluxuations in the scale like that before, so I'm not getting my hopes up unless I drop below 460.
