Today is my second week of doing swings. I'm now up to 7 sets of 12 emom. It seems to be getting harder and harder mentally to continue doing this as I'm not seeing any physical changes, or measure or weight changes. I do suffer from depression, so that might have something to do with it.
But something has to be changing, cause I'm doing 12 swings now per set when I could barely do 10 a week ago. I might have been able to do 8 or 9, but half way through my 7th set my right side cramped, and I figured that was my body's way of saying "cool it". I toughed out the rest of the 7th and stopped. I'll do the other 3 sets later.
I tell myself that I probably won't see any real changes until I can start swinging a 35 lb bell. But, it's still hard to get the motivation sometimes.
I'm thinking of posting a form video, once I can find a good way to mount my phone, and I get a shirt to workout in for it.
