Hey friends! Just wanted to share something that I tried last night. So last week I discovered what DFW is and wanted to try it, but hardstyle is not really my thing. Tried to taylor it a bit for me and I replaced the C P with LC and the squats with GS snatches (it doesn't replace it but the shallow squats in the LC maybe will make up for it).
Did everything as it is laid in the program and I have to say, after minute 20 of 30 I was already feeling difficulty trying to keep up. By minute 28 I stopped because I no longer trusted my grip to be safe.
I had a ton of fun (some Slayer and Megadeth was involved) and I can't wait to get back on it. If anyone is struggling to find something new and fun to do, I highly encourage y'all to try this.
Was using a 20 Kg bell, not my 5RM but it's what I have. Honestly, I would have gone with a 16 Kg if I had one haha.
