I did it! Full EMOM swings!!!

Got my first bell a week ago. I just did my first full set of 10x10 EMOM swings without stopping and finishing the last 20 or so later. According to my heart monitor, my HR is into the 130s now, where before it would barely break 100. My lower back is in so much pain.
When I rest after 1 set, what do I do with the bell? Cause I put it down, and then pick it back up for the next set, and I think I'm deadlifting as well as doing EMOM swings. Maybe that's why my back hurts so much.
