Post Body

Hi guys........if decided to quit the gym due to time and kids, studying and working etc etc. I'm hoping someone can help me develop a training plan for home.......

The kettlebells I have are 16kg 20kg 24kg and 28kg. I also have a outdoor wall mounted dip and pull up station as well as an indoor chin up bar set up for inverted rows.

Bit of background................iv been gym training for yrs, I'm 29 and weigh about 210lbs. Trained martial arts and heavy compounds for 5 yrs but I'm looking to get by with what I have at home as my main workout plan.

Can anybody help me please. Btw I'm able to swing my 20 for 50 reps x 6.

I'm stopping the crazy heavyweights apart from one 5x5 day per week. I have dip bars attached to the wall as well as pull up bars
