Last year I was on ‘lazy keto’ and I lost 4 stone in 4 months, and I’m on it again now but I’m curious, is lazy keto good? Or should I try proper keto?

I’ve stuck to under 20 carbs whenever I’ve been on Keto, mostly eating chicken, eggs and bacon, and it’s helped me to lose quite a bit, but what does it mean when it says that lazy keto often doesn’t result in being in ketosis?
