I was supposed to be committing to Keto last year but cause of Covid and the Lockdown that put everything on hold for me. I have made some adjustments in my diet during lockdown, but i feel with exercise on top i would see results quicker. I haven't properly commited to Keto, instead what I have done is try making Keto meals etc that way when exercises places open up again i will know what i am doing.
I am a swimmer and used to swim 1 mile everyday in a 25m pool which took me about 50 mins. I am a good swimmer. With me being already somewhat physically active, will that speed up Ketosis? How long did it take you to get into Ketosis without exercise on top or did you do Keto with exercise included.
