Hi I was looking for a really nice, healthier option to make a cake for easter for my BF and this one looked the best but I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few things. https://dessertswithbenefits.com/healthy-low-carb-gluten-free-vanilla-cake-vanilla-bean-cream-cheese-frosting/
Do you think the recipe/what should I swap with if I take out the applesauce and yoghurt? I know greek yoghurt has like a lactic acid or something so would have possibly a significant chemical reaction helping the cake be moist and the applesauce also would be quite watery/add moisture.
I don't bake all that often and didn't want to have to practice a bunch of times before Easter in two weeks. Any ideas on replacements for these two ingredients?
Also, I'm in Aus so converting all that... I feel like I just need to buy some US cups and spoons for measuring, not sure it could come in time but I could try!
