Ribeye steak with creamy mushroom and mustard sauce

This is one of my favourite steak sauces. Heat about 200g of mushrooms until most of the liquid has evaporated, add 100 - 200ml double cream (depending on how much sauce you want) and 2 - 3 tsp of mustard, simmer until reduced by half.
