I've been trying a few combinations of a recipie I found a few days ago and this was my best attempt so far. The original recipie consisted of mainly cheese and wasn't very nice at all. To make the dough for my version of the recipie I used 150g almond flour, 100g mozzarella, a teaspoon of baking powder and a splash of water. (I microwaved the dry ingredients for 30 seconds to melt the cheese slightly so it held together)
It turned out really nice, the outer crust had a bit of a "cakey" texture but I was quite happy with it, especially considering the carbs compared to a dominos!
