I love cheesecake brownies. Yesterday I made this recipe and holy crap were they good. I took them to a family dinner where my SO and I were the only LCHF people at the dinner, and my family absolutely destroyed them. They loved how rich and buttery they were.
I made a few changes to the original recipe, I used coconut oil for my oil, I cut down the sweetener in both mixtures (I used trivia and I always cut the sweetener and then taste to test), and for the brownies I only used 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. I buy the pure Madagascar vanilla extract and it's not cheap, if I was working with a less potent extract I probably would have stuck to the original amount.
