I will upload pictures when I get home

I was really craving some dessert style dish so I made this on a whim by throwing a bunch of ingredients together.

Ingredients:

  1. Jar of peanut Butter - (I used a Jar of Bliss Nut-Butters with cinnamon)

  2. 1 TBSP of Xanthum Gum

  3. 1 Egg

  4. 1 or 2 cups of cream cheese (depends on preference)

  5. Half-Stick of butter

  6. 1 TBSP Cinnamon

  7. 1TBSP Artificial Sweetener (Your Choice)

All I did was throw the Nut-Butter in a mixing bowl. Mix in the 1 Egg. Then mix in the 1 TBSP of Xanthum Gum (or other binding agent). Lastly mix in Cinnamon. Throw the ingredients in a baking pan and put in oven at 350 for 10mins. After 10mins turn oven up to 450 and let bake for another 10-15mins (poke with knife or fork to check for preffered consistency). pull out and let cool.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix the Cream Cheese, Artificial Sweetener and Butter together.

Once cooled, Spread topping across the peanut butter base and cut into slices and enjoy.

This is high in fat and protein but can also be high in calories too depending on what type of peanut butter you use. Carbs should be pretty minimal but again will vary based on your choice of peanut butter.
