So this was a pioneer woman recipe but I swapped regular burrito sized tortillas for low carb tortillas and added chicken. I don’t have the exact nutrition facts. 1.low carb tortillas any size works 2. 4 oz softened cream cheese 3. 2/3 cup shredded pepper jack 4. Cumin and paprika to season cream cheese mixture 5. 4 slices of bacon(I air fried mine) 6. Cooked chicken if wanted 7. 2 fresh jalepenos sliced into thin strips 8. Butter for cooking quesadillas in skillet Mix together your softened cream cheese, add in your shredded pepper jack, cumin and paprika. Stir/mix together until combined. Spread some mixture onto a tortilla (the amount will depend how large the tortillas are) . Place some cut up pieces of bacon , chicken, and jalapeños on top. Place another tortilla on top and cook once the butter is melted on medium / high until crispy on bottom and melted inside. Flip and repeat until finished. Absolutely delicious ! 😋
